About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery company: Japan Post or Yamato Transport
Delivery time: 3-4 business days from order
Shipping fee: Nationwide flat rate shipping 800 yen

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we cannot generally accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.
For cancellations before shipment, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Return and exchange conditions
For product returns/exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns after 3 days from the date of arrival of the product.
As a general rule, we only accept returns for unused items with tags still attached.
In addition, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges depending on the reason for the return.

In the case of returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
